Helping Other Organisations

One of the creches fed by the joint project of the Walmer Soup Kitchen and Jerusalem Ministries 450 hundred and fifty underprivileged children are helped to have 2 meals a day.
Jerusalem Ministries does all the physical work (deliveries and checking on utilization) for the Walmer Soup Kitchen. Food is distributed to an adult soup kitchen and 13 creches within the Walmer Township.
The crowds gather and queue at the adult feeding scheme. Ninety three year old, Mr Shier, who started the soup kitchen over 40 years ago looks on.

We also share our facilities with Cheshire Homes so that they can run a day care facility for the mentally disabled of the Walmer Township.

We help with their daily supply of bread.
